  • The $500 covers the build and the filming. A day of my time and a real camera at your place.
  • The $75 covers everything after that. Hosting, security, and changes. Call me with a new special and it's live the same day. That's $2.47 a day, less than the coffee you hand across the counter.
  • Cancel whenever. The $500 is what buys the files. Once it's paid, they and your domain are yours to keep. No hostage games.

I run NYC Simple Sites out of East Williamsburg. It's the local arm of my company, Timmons Tech Solutions. I shoot and edit for a living, so I know how to make a place look like the best version of itself on camera. I build the site, film your spot properly, and keep the whole thing running so you never have to think about it.
